the first one is titled Lady in Red, the next is Planted and the last one is the web.
all three of these are paper but the web has cloth elements and the lady in Red has two layered elements but they are hard to see
planted is just paper and paint

another one that did not scan very well this is a little better than the scan
the web is material and then I attached the picture on top of that

Unzipped

this did not scan or photograph well at all but it is a pict of a womans front that is unzipped and she has a hand on the opened part and yes that is a real zipper and 2d hand

Inspire

this is my entry for the self portrait Fabric ATC.

here are the meaning behind the things i selected for my ATC

the wings repersent my desire for freedom of expression in my art as well as my life.

the face is repersentive of me as a person and as a women.

the word inspire is a reminder to me to find inspiration for art and life in everything that I see, do or feel. It all has a meaning we just have to be willing to see it

the dragon is everthing that is unknown just because we cannot see it does not mean that it isn't real.

the feeling and colors of the material are calming to me .

I used a leaf shape and cut around it for the body and use a mold for the faces baked them seperatly and use E600 glue to attach

this is a tarot card that I made for a swap that I am
we are making a deck of 79 cards using the theme Zeti so they will all be wild and crazy but fun not really a usuable deck just a fun one to have

accordian fold domino book i made tonight

this is a accordian fold domino book I made tonight
it has a domino on the front and back of the book
it opens up to about 12 inches
the front side has four dragons each repersenting earth,wind,fire,or water.
the other side has two dragons faceing each other with the saying in the center ( do not meddle in the affairs of dragons,for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup)
there are also dragons picts on each domino.

Butterfly man

this is something I made last night it was inspired from the quote that is on his wing " I do not know weather I was then a man Dreaming I was a butterfly or weather I am a butterfly dreaming that I am a man"
I used black paper colored with Metallic Silkey crayons that I found at wal-mart
the two images are graphics from the web that I did a tape transfer with the quote is also from the web and is a transparency I used foil tape painted with alcohol inks for the body and the head is air dried clay
